I had a Hot water line burst in my basement where all my carpet was...these guys did a great job, and went beyond the call of duty. Unfortunatly, the bacteria from the water saturated into the walls, and the furniture, and i have to have them replaced, but the carpets looked great.They even used a bactericide to kill the odor. I highly recommend Joseph the Butler!
